Gives examples of unexpected mystical experiences that people have had.
Healing Power through Invocation (073-2 Sunday 9/29/1957)
We should be open to all means of healing. All of these instruments are God's channels. For most people who are ill, a rededication to more wholesome and far-reaching purposes is required. We must be aware of our motivation for illness and healing. Powerful invocations are important for healing prayers.
The Feast of the Angels (3 of 3) (115-2 Sunday 8/16/1959)
The Angel line is different from the human line. Life Motivation Wave instructs man throughout his evolution. Fallen Angels constitute third line of evolution. Angels surround man from their first experience on earth. Guardians remain with their charges at least to the third degree of initiation and often to Mastery. Next to our Guardians the Angel most watchful of man is the Angel of the Christ Presence. Angel line has three sexes, masculine, feminine and biune. The Angel of the Place serves Questhaven and her opposite, the angel of the Height, is stationed at Inspiration Point. Example of the noblewoman, St. Frances of Rome. Example of Peter in the Bible being freed from prison by a Protector Angel.
The Communion of the Holy Assembly (155-1 Sunday 6/25/1961)
The Reverend Flower Newhouse speaks of the more advanced orders of life which serve God and are yearning to be contacted by us and of our need to stretch our souls toward them to climb in consciousness. Explaining that Christianity has borrowed traditions from the older Jewish faith including from the esoteric portion of the Kabbalah called the Zohar, she discusses the advanced orders of Angels, Adepts, Masters and the Ancient of Days and Silent Watcher which are equivalent to the Logi.

Functions of individual Archangels given and Orders in Angel Kingdom explained. Naming of Angels signifies one of Light, a messenger appointed by God. Present-day stories and personal experiences with Angels and Angelic intervention shared.
Thanksgiving Enriches the Grateful Heart (165-1 Sunday 11/19/1961)
Thanksgiving is a season of preparation, it is a start of holy season. There should be a continual thanksgiving in our hearts always. Where there is gratitude, there is love, kindliness, thanksgiving, sincerity and the result is happiness. All virtues are like jewels. Recounts a story by Maurice Metterlink and a story of children taken to the inner worlds who return with gratitude for the ordinary in their lives. Story of Dr. Ray Charles Jarmon, a radio preacher in Los Angeles, who participated in medical studies of LSD. Discussion of his observations during those experiments. Whenever anyone is grateful, the most beautiful blue, almost purplish, rises out of his aura, that is crystal clear. There is also perfume. Angels would tell you that after the worship of God, gratitude is the most important aspect of character to develop.
The Spiritual Side of Loving Animals (188-2 Sunday 6/3/1962)
Reading books on nature and the animal kingdom is important. There are angels who watch over the animal kingdom. Examples given from books, Born Free, Living Free and Ring of Bright Water. The story of Elsa the lion was shared, as well as Gavin Maxwell's otters. Bird stories were shared from Audubon Magazine and Jill Baker's experiences with dolphins. It's important to have pets and it speeds up their evolution.

We are unceasingly in the presence of Angels, wherever we move, because Intelligences of this purest and highest creation are carrying out the will of God in the most minute as well as the most major circumstances and undertakings.
The Activities of Invisible Helpers (266-2 Sunday 12/13/1964)
Why Knowledge of the Angels is Important (289-2 Sunday 9/26/1965)
Bible and many other religious and cultural examples honoring Angels given. Individuals with Angel beliefs and experiences shared, including Joy Day's experience. Angels are still in existence at this moment, carrying out God's wishes, teachings of the Angels and their helpfulness does not pertain to any one age, nor to only a certain limited amount of persons. This help is given to all who are prepared and who make themselves ready for such unfoldment and disclosure. Angels do not want our human worship, nor wish us to interfere with their labors. The more types of Angel beings we know, the better for us in our meditative work.
Why the Reality of Angels Is Vital to Our Age (314-2 Sunday 10/2/1966)
Flower A. Newhouse beautifully describes the great Reality of Angels in today's world. She describes the various duties and responsibilities of the different types of Angels and stresses the important role They have in our everyday life. She shares what transpires between the Kindel Archangel and a soul who has passed into the inner realms, and the tough questions one has to face about how one lived on earth. Flower also describes various experiences she had with Angels from the time she was a child on into her adult life. This is a fascinating peek into a world most people aren't even aware exists.
Living with the Realization of the Angels (339-1 Sunday 10/1/1967)
Flower shares that mention of the Angels was eliminated in 4th Nicene Council because of fear of rivaling the Christ. Books of Apocrypha mention Angels and Archangels. Flower shares insights from Gustav Davidson's dictionary on the Angels, along with references to Angels in the Bible and by other Christian Mystics. It is an informative and fascinating journey into another realm. She reminds us that the Angels need and deserve our honor, and that we shall give them forever.
The Glorious Reminder of Michaelmas (401-2 Sunday 9/28/1969)
Michaelmas talk from 1969 with extensive information on the reality of Angels and Devas.
The Value of Knowing There Are Angels (435-1 Sunday 9/27/1970)
In this informative talk on the Angels, we discover the multitudes that there are, from Angels of Birth and Angels of Death, to Angels of Nature and Angels of the Christ's Presence. We could never exhaust the types of Angels that there are and with every new season that comes, we realize more deeply and more joyously how wonderful it is to be granted one more insight into an activity of an Angelic Presence we had never even surmised existed before. We learn the importance of honoring the Angels and that their capacity to love is far greater than anything we humans can comprehend, especially that of our Guardian Angels. Angels are infinitely wise, and they have a love for creation that is almost incomprehensible to us. For that reason they can serve so nobly, so daringly, and so purely.
Glory of Angelhood (472-2 Sunday 9/26/1971)
An Angel has already had 124 initiations; first as elemental creature, then a deva, and then at long last the development of Angelhood. Astonishing beauty enfolded in color mists, and only the face, head and throat, the hands and sometimes arms, and the feet are visible. The rest is like a cloud of light about them. According to their degree of unfoldment and also their specific way of serving will the great Angels have a color aura. An Angel's eyes are very large. More orders than we can imagine, working for the world. Flower describes many of these orders: Elohim; national, state and city Angels; Angels of Time, Years, Centuries, Seasons; Angels of North, South, East, West; Planetary Angels at chakras; Solar Angels; St Michael and Warrior hosts; Angels in charge of animals; many more.
Confronting Angels as a Reality (515-1 Sunday 10/1/1972)
Begins with discussion on book, Men and Angels, by Theodora Ward, explaining Ward's research and discovery of Angels. Author had experience, as she wrote the book of feeling Presence. Later gives examples from Bible. Gives many New Testament and apocryphal examples as well. Swedenborg and William Blake knew Angels by sight. Some persons were even jealous of the Angels - one was Martin Luther; another was John Calvin. The Angels are perpetually aware of the glory of God and are praising God and giving Him thanksgiving. We can do likewise, and in doing so we'll feel the reverberations of their frequencies moving in and among us.
Angels in the Life of Man (540-1 Sunday 9/30/1973)
Flower describes ranks, orders and beings from the Angelic Kingdom, who all give allegiance to Christ. Closest to us is our Guardian Angel, who helps us grow and confers minor initiations. Gives many examples of different types of Angels, such as Angels of Truth, Angels of Weather, Angels of Wisdom, Healing Angels (Healing Angels present at shrines also, such as Guadalupe and Fatima), Warrior Angels, Angels of the Seasons, Color Angels, Music Angels. When happy, Angels smile and release a burst of color.

The Great Reality of Angels (590-2 Sunday 9/28/1975)
The Angels Bless All Kingdoms (616-2 Sunday 9/26/1976)
It is time that man recognizes that Angels are real. An Angel's retreat for renewal and recharging is called a Habitude. Flower describes several Angel Habitudes in higher planes. Describes Angels and their beauty; only the face would be visible, the rest is Light. Explains that the Angel kingdom is much older than human kingdom. All of Their activities for all kingdoms, of Man, Animal, Vegetable, and Mineral, are to the glory of God.

Our Very Important Guardian Angels (762-1 Sunday 5/30/1982)

Through examples in her own life, she illustrates how this Shining One is our greatest supporter and spiritual teacher from the inner realms-a gift from God. Questions and answers in regards to Guardian Angels conclude this talk.
More about the Angels (770-1 Sunday 9/26/1982)
Angels are everywhere and more numerous than the human kingdom. The Bible has 295 references to Angels. The Council of Nicea in the 4th century struck out far more material from the Bible than is now available. At that time they felt that subject of Angels was so glorious and great that if it was too emphasized in Christianity, that people would not honor the Christ as much as they do. The churches leave out an emphasis of the Angel kingdom. This leaves a great gap between God and Christ, and all of the Aspects of Divinity. There must be something in between! Angels are messengers from God. Flower describes the appearance of Angels at Michaelmas and mentions St. Patrick, Mortimer Adler, Dionysius, and Thomas Aquinas on the Angels.
Angels Are Our Best Sponsors (796-1 Sunday 9/25/1983)
Questions and Answers on the Angelic Kingdom (822-2 Sunday 9/30/1984)
The Wisdom of the Angels (Flower's personal experiences) (848-2 Sunday 9/29/1985)
Angels (874-2 Sunday 9/28/1986)
Orthodox churches may mention but don't teach about Angels. Angels are a glorious order. They are so much higher, their purity, goodness, love and self-giving is in what they are and do for those they serve. God wanted man and the creatures to be cared for, and very lovingly. Angels were given charge of caring for us. Whoever hasn't seen an Angel or loved one, is very impoverished. Flower describes several different orders of Angels and their interactions with men, animals, other needs. Angels of healing, of love, of initiation, of time, of transformation, of guardianship, of protection, of destiny, and many others. Angels are desirous of helping people understand what it is they are to know; to realize that they should improve their relationships; to know that they can be stronger than they are. There's no mother's love, no teacher's love, no child's love, that can ever compare to your Guardian Angel's love. Wherever you go, you will be protected.

The life and writings of Flower A. Newhouse are those of a Christian mystic, and her insights into the inner realms of life provide us with a path to wholeness that she called "Living the Life." These teachings are not doctrine, but a practical guide to the direct, immediate experience of God. Flower's mission was also to reawaken humanity to the reality of angels, a work she began with her first book in 1937, and added to in many published writings and in recorded lectures.
